Abgerockte Villa mit schönen Garten, schönem Strand in der Nöhe zu völlig überhöhtem Preis
4.0Die Lage ist super, der Garten ist schön. Der Deckenventilator im Wohnzimmer war sehr angenehm. Der nahe Strand war in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
− Die Betten und die Sitzmöbel sind eine Katastrophe, weil sie extrem unbequem sind. Die ganze Möblierung ist in sehr schlechtem Zustand, weil alt und nicht gut instand gehalten. In der Küche bekommt man manche Schränke oder Schubladen nur unter Gewaltanwendung geöffnet. In der ganzen Villa herrschte ein schlechter Geruch. Die Klimaanlagen konnten nicht genutzt werden, weil bei deren Verwendung ein muffiger Geruch auftrat. Der Kühlschrank befindet sich in der Küche unter einer Treppe. Da muss man aufpassen, dass man sich nicht am Kopf verletzt. Auf Mülltrennung wird großen Wert gelegt. Man muss die Mülltüten für die Abholung am entsprechenden Wochentag vor dem Grundstück platzieren. Abgeholt wurden jedoch nur die wenigsten. An einem Abend war für mehrere Stunden Stromausfall, das war sehr unangenehm. Für das gezahlte Geld haben wir mehr erwartet. Es gibt keine akzeptablen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, man muss eine halbe Stunde fahren, um in einem „normalen“ Geschäft einkaufen zu können. Der Betreiber könnte für wenig Geld viel verbessern.
A peacefull stay
9.0The location is very peacefull. Beach is lovely. I loved the garden. The house is clean. The staff of the managing company was comunicative and helpful.
− Mosquitos were quite agresive. Neded to buy Electric reppelents. Of course its the same in all locations along the coastline - not a problem of the property.

Perfect beach vacation
9.0Location, roof terrace, rooms, cleanliness, everything was like a second home and so beautiful
− Mattresses could have been renewed (with some you could feel the springs)

10.0Very cozy house, we felt like home. Every small detail is well thought through. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need even such small staff as cooking oil, spices garbage bags etc. Great terrace in a nice garden with lots of flowers and trees which was very nice in hot days. Big fridge on the terrace for all your drinks. Small terrace on the second floor for a glass of wine watching the sunset. Thanks a lot Gabriele for making our week in Sardinia unforgettable! Hope to be back!
