La disponibilità della signora Luce, la quale mi ha inviato su WhatsApp la posizione della villetta per agevolare l'arrivo. La vicinanza del mare. Viletta appartata rispetto al via principale, che la rende molto tranquilla e piacevole. Tutto sommato riteniamo che la casa offre tutte le comodità. La loggia coperta esterna è perfetta per vivere all'esterno della villetta. Altra comodità è il parcheggio, si apre il cancello e si parcheggia sul piazzale della casa
− Se fossi i proprietari: terrei la parte di giardino un può meglio, metterei un lavandino esterno

Een heel leuk vrijstaand huisje met omheind terrein waarbinnen je kan parkeren. Ideaal. Groot buitenterras en ook vanbinnen uiterst comfortabel. De erg aardige Luce stond altijd voor ons klaar. Ze is de perfecte gastvrouw. Terug in Mattinata gaan we weer naar Villa Fralu Zeer aan te bevelen
