Accueil exceptionnel , nous n’avons jamais eu un tel accueil Les produits offerts étaient de très grande qualité et en très grande quantité : céréales, tarte, eau, lait, café, thé, sodas, vin, bière, oeufs, bacon, muffins et aussi des fruits…. Bref Théo est un hôte qui veut faire plaisir à ses invités ! Beaucoup d’informations pour visiter la région Maison, terrasse et jardin magnifique Douche extérieure très pratique A proximité de très belles plages Calme et tranquillité de la maison Merci Théo 😊

Teo was an amazing host doing everything possible to ensure we had a great stay - providing lots of information and delicious treats on arrival. Wonderfull terrace so both sun and shade always available. Fantastic outdoor shower. Very peaceful and private space in which to relax. Comfortable house with excellent facilities. Excellent beaches close by with a car and various places of interest easily accessible again if you have a car.

− Only slight disappointment was that the nearest good sandy beach was a bit further away than we had expected which meant we used the car more than we would have liked.

- Our host (the Fantastic Teo) stocking the fridge and cabinets for us with breakfast food, pastries, bread, delightful snacks, beer and wine to get us through the first day or two - Little things in the kids’ bedroom to make them feel at home and enough green space / grass outside for the kids to kick the ball around - The blackout blinds and separate A/C units in each room that let us all sleep late! - Very comfortable king bed in the master bedroom - Easy opening windows to let in the fresh breeze, spacious and well-shaded outside area - all very quiet and relaxing. - Indoor and outdoor showers - the outdoor one was so helpful to have after the beach for us and the kids. - The outdoor space with tons of relaxing chairs and a big table and chairs for all of our meals outside - All of the appliances in great condition, especially the well-needed washing machine, and a well-stocked kitchen in terms of cutlery, crockery, glasses and pots and pans with everything we needed for cooking. - Our host getting in touch with us in advance by WhatsApp, checking on our flight, meeting us at the house and showing us around. - Our host providing 15-20 links via WhatsApp for restaurants and things to do, and checking in on us midweek with more pastries. - Location - secluded yet accessible with a lovely little beach and grotto a 5 minute walk down the road. - Local amenities - good restaurants within 15-20 minute walk, and easy drives of 25-45 minutes for Ostuni, Locorotondo and Cisternino.

A lovely quiet week in Puglia.

Villa Maria is a beautiful property surrounded by garden in a lovely quiet location. It is very well equipped and everything you could need is there. Our host made every effort to make us welcome. He and his wife left us wine, beer, water, milk, coffee, yoghurts, cereals, pasta, cakes, nuts, fruit, biscuits.... His wife had also made us a delicious chocolate cake. They were so helpful in providing ideas of places to visit and restaurants to try. The location was perfect for exploring Alberobello, Ostuni, Lecce, the Grotte di Castellana and Locorotondo. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Villa Maria.

The quantity and quality of food stocked in the kitchen was above and beyond. I have never stayed in a 5-star hotel that did that well...

− Not applicable in December, and maybe not possible, but a swimming pool would take the property to the next level and increase the rental value as well. This is not really a complaint, just an observation.
