Disappointing and poor value for money, cockroach and ant infestation, unhygienic.,

− Very poor value for money. Needs a major renovation as the villa is rundown. Cockroach infestation in the kitchen. Booked for seven bedrooms but the seventh was a tiny box room with no air conditioning, . in an outhouse.

All reservations include free of charge all running water consumption, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, in winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by gasoil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor yards, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of additional consumption is €0.35/kWh.
