7.0Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison, ses extérieurs et les équipements. Le cadre est très agréable, la propreté impeccable et le service ménage parfait. Les deux femmes chargées du nettoyage étaient très gentilles et professionnelles. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un séjour agréable et reposant. La personne avec qui nous avons échangé sur Booking a également été très agréable, réactive et toujours prête à chercher des solutions lorsque nous avions des questions ou des besoins particuliers.
− Nous avons trouvé le personnel sur place, notamment le monsieur de la réception (Yanis) et le pisciniste, un peu trop intrusifs. À plusieurs reprises, ils sont entrés dans le jardin sans prévenir, parfois alors que nous étions dans la piscine ou en train de manger, ce qui nous a donné le sentiment de manquer de confidentialité. De plus, le salon est assez petit pour une maison prévue pour huit personnes, et la luminosité dans les chambres est trop forte le matin car les volets laissent passer beaucoup de lumière. Enfin, la communication concernant la piscine chauffée est confuse : Booking indique qu’elle l’est, alors qu’en réalité, cela représente un supplément très élevé (100 €/jour). Le propriétaire ne reconnaît pas la responsabilité de cette confusion, ce qui est un peu décevant.
Excellent facilities, had a great stay
10.0Lovely modern villa with pool and outdoor BBQ facility., each bedroom had its own bathroom. We appreciated having a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. The owner was very welcoming and provided wine, cheese pies and homemade jam, a very nice touch, and helped organize a taxi when needed. 5 min walk to the beach, beautiful sea.
− The back view from the villa was to an abandoned graffitied building.
