The communication with Cretan Villas was superb. Kostis could not have been more helpful, willingly supplied information about the villa, tennis courts, boat trips and even the suppliers of the incredibly comfy sun loungers. He seemed genuinely to want to help us throughout the holiday, without being pushy or imposing.

− There is a steep hill up to the property could be a little difficult for an inexperienced driver - you definitely need a car! Oh, all the books were in German, 1 or 2 English ones would have been nice 🙂

Die Villa ist groß, die Lage ist sehr ruhig, die Aussicht ist wunderschön, der Pool (wenn die Reinigungspumpe funktioniert) ist nett.

− Die Villa benötigt dringend eine gründliche Wartung. Das Badezimmer im Untergeschoss stinkt so sehr nach Abwasser, dass die beide Schlafzimmern im selben Stockwerk nicht benutzt werden können. Da ist eine lange Liste von Defekts: gerissene Moskitonetze, defekten Spülmaschine, lose Duschkopf, rostig und dreckige Armaturen, dreckiges Badezimmer, gebrochene Jacuzzi-Wanne (ist undicht, die kann man gar nicht benutzen), verrostete Waschmaschine, gebrochen Handtuchhalter, Internet Ausfall, Reinigungspumpe im Pool defekt ... Mag sein dass Vintage-Look-Möbel im ersten Blick begeistern aber die winzig kleine Sammelsurium vom Besteck und Plastik-Kleiderbügel zeigen schnell, dass die Villa niemals wirklich "Luxury" war. Das kann man leider anhand Booking Fotos nicht erkennen.

Veel achterstallig onderhoud, dit huis kun je zo niet verhuren.

Prachtige, rustige ligging en heel mooi uitzicht.

− Fikse lekkage op verschillende plekken, stank van dode muis, elektriciteit die regelmatig uitviel, bad zonder stop, buitenverlichting die niet werkt, rioollucht in badkamer.

Pobyt w Villi Listaros Dafni był absolutnie wyjątkowy! Willa jest przestronna, pięknie urządzona, z cudownym widokiem na góry i morze. Okolica spokojna, idealna do relaksu, a jednocześnie blisko do plaż i urokliwych miasteczek. Bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczyła nas wizyta pana sprzątającego basen i pani sprzątającej villę – wszystko było zadbane i czyste, co bardzo podniosło komfort pobytu. Gospodarz niezwykle miły i pomocny – od razu czuliśmy się mile widziani, a na koniec pobytu zaskoczył nas miłą niespodzianką. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce i z przyjemnością wrócimy

− La décoration un peu désuete. Une partie de l'habitation en sous-sol qui empêche la vue à l'extérieur D'une manière générale pas grand chose à visiter dans ce coin de la crête ...
