Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa splendida villa! Spazi ampi, arredamento curato, piscina riscaldata perfetta per rilassarsi in ogni momento della giornata. La sauna e l’idromassaggio sono stati un vero tocco di classe, così come l’area svago con biliardo e freccette, ideale per passare serate in compagnia. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario Luka, sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. Ci ha fornito ottimi consigli per vivere al meglio la zona e si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile anche dopo la partenza, aiutandoci con grande cortesia a recuperare un oggetto personale dimenticato in villa. Esperienza eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista.

The villa is very spacious and has everything you need. It is located in a quiet little village, close to the sea. It is surrounded by a beautiful pine forrest. The host was very attentive and always ready to help. Even in the winter time it is warm and cosy. It is just like in the pictures. We definetely recommend!

Beautiful Villa with lots of amenities. The perfect stay for a relaxed or active holiday with family and friends. The owner was very helpful and welcoming as well. He gave us lots off recommendations and directions to close-by attractions, restaurants etc. We felt at home and really enjoyed a 5 day stay. Will definitely book again and for longer if possible :)

Our stay in Lukas's house was truly extraordinary. The house itself is absolutely stunning and the pictures are already awesome - but it's even more breathtaking in person. The wellness area is a major bonus and provides the perfect way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful city of Rabac. But even if you choose to spend the majority of your time inside the house, you won't be disappointed - there's more than enough to keep you entertained. Overall, our experience at this apartment was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable vacation rental.

We stayed for one week with 8 friends and we can highly recommend this place. This villa had everything one can think of, starting from a icecube machine, oven and bathrobes for all guest. The furniture and surroundings of the house are in prime condition. The kitchen is well equiped and the applications are of high quality. Our host Luka was really kind, we were surprised by a nice welcome package. He was always available, when we ran out of firewood he just drove by with new supply. Also the wine from his wineyard was approved by our group.
