10.0Sehr Vieles kann man hier herausheben: die Größe, die Ausstattung, u.a. die sehr gute Küchenausstattung, der sehr schöne und gepflegte Garten, der direkte Zugang zum Meer (kein toller Strand, aber praktisch), wo man in der Früh einfach reinhüpfen kann, der überaus freundliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeber Abbondio... alles war sehr angenehm, so dass ich es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen will! Es gibt nahe Supermärkte und Restaurants, Cagliari ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Vom in der Ferne liegenden Industriegebiet kriegt man außer den draussen vor der Küste liegenden Schiffen absolut nichts mit. Eine ideale Basis, um den Süden mit Mietwagen zu erkunden.

8.0Locatie vlak aan de zee. Centraal gelegen om uitstappen te maken in de buurt van Cagliari. De host is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
− Geen tafel en stoelen om beneden buiten op het terras te eten. Er is een tafeltje met stoelen op het balkon bij de slaapkamer op het eerste verdiep, maar dat is niet handig om te eten.

10.0Der Gastgeber Abbondio ist herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Der Blick vom Schlafzimmerbalkon auf das Meer ist toll. Der Garten ist liebevoll gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt direkten Zugang zum Strand.
