8.0Massive rooms, beautiful living area and a great pool. Well located for Ferragudo and its bars and restaurants. Good beaches within walking distance. Great service, during the booking process and when we had an issue at the property.
− It needs a refresh in some areas like bulbs not working, old aircon and finishes on the outside of the house. The kitchen is not well equipped and lacks basics like decent knives, and even salad servers. The gas hob is very hard to light and on the limit of very dangerous. The keys to the house are very hard to use and often didn’t work. Also note that if you wish to sleep more than 8 people you’ll get the basement rooms which are far from the rest of the house and accessed via steep steps.

10.0The villa was spacious, clean, and presteigne. Not to mention, it was a beautiful home. It was much bigger than it had appeared in the photos, and that is big. There was a large group of about 11 of us, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff were well accommodating and provided exceptional hospitality. Will certainly be booking again!
− At times, there was a strange smell coming from the shower drains up stairs. This was very rare and had happened only once or twice.

A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The heated pool service is available upon confirmation and with an extra charge.
