We had a lovely family holiday, but wouldn't consider this type of location again.

Lovely villa, very good outdoor area, plenty of sunbeds and outdoor facilities. Beautiful views. Very peaceful. We all enjoyed the holiday, mainly because of the pool; although it was a bit small, we were in it a lot and had great fun with the grandchildren who love the water.

− The location was really difficult to get to. A very long drive up a scary mountain road with very sharp bends. Then, after meeting the hosts, we followed them up an even worse road, that was more of a dirt track the further up we went. This put us off going anywhere, as it was a long and difficult drive (in our 7 seater hire car) to get to the nearest town. We have been to quite a few luxury villas, and expected such essentials as enough toiletries, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper etc. to last the week. Disappointingly, this was not the case here. So we had to make the difficult drive to the supermarket, over half an hour away, the day after we arrived, just to stock up on essentials. If we had been told this was the case, we could have bought this stuff when we did our first shop on the day of arrival. The lighting in the villa in general, but particularly the kitchen, was totally inadequate and the AC wasn't brilliant either. Unfortunately, there was a serious problem with wasps if there was any food or drink in the area, which meant that we were unable to eat outside, which was very disappointing.
