10.0The villa was just as described and more! It had a very well-equipped kitchen and cooking facilities (both inside and outdoor bbq), plenty of lounging space and dining areas outdoors to enjoy the beautiful views and lovely pool as well as very comfortable and quiet bedrooms all fitted with AC. Leo and Michael gave us excellent recommendations for the local area and looked after us throughout our stay, even with the little touches of some excellent homegrown olive oil. We can't wait to visit and stay again!

9.0The house is conveniently located near the village of Kardamyli with excellent beaches, restaurants and all the facilities one may need. The house has an outstanding outdoor, with 6-7 different dining and seating options for all hours of the day. The house and kitchen are very well organized with all amenities and kitchen appliances one may need. Rooms spacious and with comfortable beds and good quality linen. House was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Loved the selection of films and games. You immediately feel this is a house the owners deeply care about.
− The main house is much better than the guest house which lacks and AC in the bedroom and privacy on the gallery. Tone of voice in some of the communications was a bit harsh - not something you expect or feel very welcoming when coming into a vacation property.

− A climate tax has been introduced by the government after I have made the booking and was very disappointed that booking.com offered me to change accommodation when I got there or cancel my booking rather than refund me. Very poor customer services from booking.com
