Transferred our booking to a low rate hotel. Rude on the phone.
3.0Clean and comfortable bed
− Host transferred our booking to villa bella casa. She said she took care of booking and I asked repeatedly do I have to do anything including payment and she said she took care of everything. On the Day I had to leave villa bella casa asked for payment and I said they should be getting it from villa spa. When I called her she was shouting at me that I had to pay and only then did she send mail through booking for me to cancel the stay. I obviously immediately paid bella casa who were not at fault in this mess. Villa bella casa Smelly wet carpet, wobbly shower not fixed to the wall, a little noisy on the highway. It is very basic and lacks modern decor. Toiletries meant only a cheap shower gel. All this makes it expensive for what it offers. Breakfast and beds were decent.
