10.0Wir haben die Develikia Private Villa 3 mit der ganzen Familie gebucht und sind begeistert. Die Villa ist wunderschön und liegt direkt an einem herrlichen privaten Sandstrand, wo man wunderbar entspannen kann. Luxuriöse Liegen und Sonnenschirme stehen zur Verfügung. Nikos ist zu jeder Zeit ein herzlicher und perfekter Gastgeber. Er ist tierlieb und kinderlieb. Auf dem Tisch stand ein riesiger Obstkorb bereit. Der Kühlschrank war befüllt mit Toast, Wurst, Käse, Saft, Wasser, Wein und Bier. Es wurde einfach an alles gedacht... So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Insgesamt einfach eine glatte 10 von 10.

10.0It was an amazing break in an exceptionally clean , tidy and perfectly maintained villa. The hosts were more than helpfull and polite, treating us like family. Right on a marvelous beach, less than 10 minutes drive from Ierissos. We are all looking forward to visit this hidden paradise again.
Beauty of the nature combined with pure comfort
10.0This was an amazing long weekend in Develikia Private Villa 3, that words can´t describe and went way beyond our expectations. Location is exceptional, there are not many beach locations like that left in Europe. It felt like being in paradise watching the dolphins´ chase while enjoying the morning coffee or evening cocktail. We didn't have an experience with a private beach like that before, it is sandy with exceptionally clear waters, far away from any noise, but at the same time with everything needed to give you a feeling about bear feet pure comfort. The villa had everything we would ever need and even more. It was spotlessly clean, felt safe, secure and very well looked after. The property manager Nikos was extremely helpful with precious information about the area. He was generous and making sure we were happy and have everything we need all the time. He was also helping us in securing a later check out after our flight was changed to a later time. We have already booked the property again for our summer holidays in July.
