Everything, we had such a lovely time, the owner was amazing and we had the best time. The late check out was a god send, the pool area is gorgeous, the lay out of the house was so nice. It’s worth noting one bed is in a shared space. Not too bad as we didn’t use that room but can see that being an issue for others who have more guests or couples

− Some of the baking dishes weren’t clean but that is really not a huge issue given the use of the villa was mostly to not cook There was a gardener that came one day early, as a group of girls we were a little surprised as this really threw us until we realised who he was. But all fine.

Amazing villa

We loved how much space we had in the garden. It was also very private and we enjoyed it a lot.

− Dishwasher was tiny and it didn’t really clean that well. But for such an amazing villa, it is not an issue in my opinion.

We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our holiday in Ibiza

A lovely Villa in the more traditional Spanish style. Perfectly located in Ibiza Town in a very quiet neighbourhood. Next door to a mini-supermarket, which stocks everything you would need. Also in adjacent streets is a bank, pharmacy and some restaurants, frequented more by the locals and the one we tried was very nice. It’s 5 - 10 mins taxi to the Port / Old Town area depending on traffic. 20 - 25 minutes walk on an easy route. The Villa is set in its own Orchard style garden. The pool is really great, but not so suited for small children. Shallow end is 1.6 m, deep end 2.15 m. All bedrooms are well sized and comfortable, with excellent AC. 2 full bathrooms with showers, one up & one down. Very good water temp & pressure. A well equipped kitchen and with a good sized dining table. Large veranda / entrance porch has lots of shaded & comfy seating. David Pérez and his Team at IHouseibiza have been brilliant to deal with from start to finish, I will be looking to book again with them on future trips to Ibiza.

− The only thing which wasn’t ‘as advertised’ was the view. The photo on booking.com of the view from the pool side looking out to Ibiza Town with an open vista is now obscured by new apartments directly opposite the Villa. However this doesn’t detract at all from how nice this Villa is.

Perfect Villa

Perfect Villa for friends or family. Comfortable rooms all with air con, good size kitchen with everything you would need although we didn’t do much cooking. Supermarket next door, so no need for a car for food and drink. Plenty of room to relax round the pool or around tables outside before going out. Pacha is walkable distance along with the old town. We called taxis or walked out to the main road and hailed a cab without any trouble. We didn’t have any unexpected visits as per previous reviews and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a villa in Ibiza

− The only issue we had was that the dishwasher wasn’t working properly
