The location was great and the pool was quite nice

− The property is very damp and was not very clean, the curtains in the living room had black mould on them, the whole house was very damp , parts of the ceiling in the pool house fell down and the electrical sockets are dangerous, so not very nice at all, water supply was on and off and a lot of the lights needed light bulbs, the main fuses kept blowing so we were constantly wondering what else would happen, not a relaxing stay, this house needs a complete renovation and some ventilation to help with the damp

A bit disappointing

The location was fine and the size of the villa was large. The swimming pool was heated and clean. Shops and a restaurant were close by.

− The tennis court, our main reason for coming, was mossy and dangerous to play on. The temperature was very cold in the evening and there was no means of turning on the central heating, just a couple of electric heaters that made little difference. We asked if we could arrive half hour early – 3.30pm – and just put our luggage down and play tennis. This was refused. We were told that the house would not be ready by 4pm, the time for check-in, and that we could not gain access to it until later because the cleaners were still working. We were not given the access code until precisely 4pm and then instructed to take our luggage to the tennis court and remain there until the cleaners had finished. It was very unwelcoming. It's a perfectly fine place if the weather is hot but it was cold and often raining and the tennis court needed to be properly scrubbed to remove the moss.

Kaikki ok, majoituksesta löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen, lämmitetty allas oli ihan huippu, rauhallinen sijainti, ja vieressä pieni kauppa. Sijainnista sanottakoon sen verran, että kävellen on hankala päästä oikein mihinkään sillä kävelytiet loppuvat lyhyen matkan päässä. Julkiset kuitenkin kulkevat lähes talon edustalta hyvin ja ovat edullisia, ja niihin pääsee helposti myös lastenrattaiden kanssa, tämä ei siis suoranaisesti ole negatiivinen asia, mutta huomioitava mikäli ajatuksissa on kulkea pääasiassa kävellen☺️

La ubicación está bien y la casa es muy chula, pero necesita mucha reforma y mucha limpieza a fondo.

− La casa es impresionante, pero está en un estado bastante decepcionante. Necesita una reforma grande en toda la casa, sobre todo en la casa principal, y una buena limpieza a fondo, ya que se nota que la limpieza se hace por encima para que puedan entrar los siguientes huéspedes. En la semana que estuvimos pudimos observar el mal estado de conservación en general: Nada mas entrar hay un olor muy fuerte a humedad en todas las habitaciones y los armarios. Las mamparas de los baños están en malas condiciones, lo que hace que se salga el agua al ducharse con las consecuentes humedades en las paredes (puede que de ahí venga el olor?). Además, un lavabo y una ducha estaban atascados. Hace falta desinsectar porque nos encontramos en una ducha una cucaracha un día y una lombriz enorme otro. La bañera de la habitación principal no funciona. Los enchufes son muy antiguos y no están en muy buenas condiciones, lo que hace que muchas veces no puedas enchufar nada porque no se mantiene sujeto y se cae. Las paredes están muy sucias y en una de las habitaciones se ven desconchones en la pintura. El frigorífico funciona fatal y el congelador no congela. Había unos helados y una bolsa de hielos de los inquilinos anteriores que estaban todos derretidos en los cajones. Las sartenes están muy viejas y se pegan. Las cortinas están rotas y con moho. Los sillones del salón, de la terraza y las colchonetas de las tumbonas de la piscina están bastante sucios con muchas manchas. El sofá cama de la casa de la piscina tiene las patas rotas y al sentarnos casi nos caemos al suelo. Ninguno de los baños tenía un jabón para lavarse las manos. Nos dejaron un solo juego de llaves para los 8 que fuimos. La canasta de la pista de tenis está rota... en fin, una larga, larga lista de mejoras.
