Overall a nice place to stay. Great access to the pool and beach across the road.

− The master bedroom needs a new mattress. The left side of the bed is uncomfortable. The pool turned green with algae in it but they come on the last day of stay to try to shock it.

Like the townhouse and location. Due to lack of upkeep of the pool area, no swimming. Would not book again.
4.0I loved the location and the fact there were trees and shade.
− The pool area was atrociously dirty. Hadn’t been swept or cleaned in a long time. Looked completely abandoned. The pool was coated with leaf debris so much so couldn’t use at all. With no swimming in the canal water there was no place to cool off. Nice little pool, chairs and water unusable.

− The house was NOT clean, the pool was never heated there were dirty dishes in the kitchen drawers. The washer and dryer sucked!!!! Took over 4 hours to DRY 4 beach towels!!!! We did not have a TV majority of the stay due to the homeowners NOT PAYING their $465.00 internet bill, the man will walk in the house without letting us know he is on the way, we came home and my daughter went upstairs to change and there was the lady’s husband in the bedroom! Upon contacting Mira we were just told everything works the tv the internet the heater in pool the dryer. They did not care and we left a week early due to the inconveniences. They even accused us of wearing our shoes in the house as the husband walked downstairs with his tennis shoes on !!!! The toilets RUN constantly in the upstairs bathroom the toilet in laundry room leaks you can’t even flush without them Plugging!!!
