10.0Ein wahnsinnig netter Gastgeber, hat alle Themen umgehend geregelt, super tolle Anlage, die Lage ist ein Traum fern ab der Tourihochburgen, trotzdem innerhalb 30 Minuten zur Adria, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Richtig stark zu unserer Zeit das Jazz is back Festival in dem wunderschönen Ort Groznjan gleich um die Ecke. Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Danke Andrej

Zeer smaakvol binnen/buitenzijde, rustige locatie.
10.0De ligging, mooi rustig en landelijk. Een supermooi complex met 5 appartementen, van binnen heel smaakvol en modern ingericht. De buitenzijde van het complex is heel mooi gerestaureerd. Dit icm met een de moderne pool met bijpaseend poolhuis. Helemaal top! De ligging tov de zee; 20/30 autominuten naar Novigrad of Umag. Ongeveer 5 minuten naar het kleine schilderachtige dorpje Groznjan. Veel wandel en fietsroutes direct in de buurt, ook enige MTB trails.

− Quality of bed sheets and the bed in main badroom aap1 was the only thing that lowers the Total mark from 10 . You cannot expect main badroom to have squeeking bed , hard pilllows and bed lignings that make you sweet. All other just perfect
