1.0− Obwohl der Anbieter dazu verpflichtet ist, habe ich auch nach Monaten keine Rechnung für die Buchung erhalten. Daher konnte ich den Buchungspreis bei meinem Arbeitgeber nicht abrechnen und musste den Betrag aus eigener Tasche. An einer Klärung des Problems ist der Anbieter auch nicht interessiert, da auf Emails auch nicht reagiert wird. Von Booking erhält man auch keine Hilfe, obwohl ich dort jede Woche Unterkünfte buche. Sollte man für seine Buchung eine Rechnung benötigen, würde ich um die Unterkunft einen Bogen machen.

− Inga underlakan, bara madrassöverdrag. Bara handdukar till 2 personer fast det var bokat för 4. Bara en stol att sitta på ute. Bruksanvisning till hur man startar tvn hade varit bra.
Helt ok, men har goda chanser till ”utmärkt”.
