8.0− House for 7 people but only 2 mugs and no chopping board we have to buy and leave after was . Beds very uncomfortable
Nice villa, shame about the holiday company managing it!
5.0Modern spacious villa with nice Pool.
− Very disappointed with the holiday company managing the property (Zap Holidays). We reported a few maintenance type issues during our weeks stay that weren’t resolved. Bathroom sink plugs that didn’t work, to TV remotes that had dead batteries. A small inconvenience but still frustrating when you’re paying a lot of money for your accommodation. Be careful to check the small print further down the advertisement as the villa only has French channels on the TV. Not that clear at the time of purchase. Towards the end of our stay a couple of freak storms blew through the urbanisation causing outdoor furniture to be blown over the garden and the umbrella to be damaged. The umbrella was not left up and was in the storage position when left that evening, however, over £70 was taken from our deposit! Following various correspondence with Zap holiday asking for my full deposit to be returned and asking why I was responsible for this cost they stop replying and ignored my further emails and just return the deposit minus the alleged cost of the umbrella! Such a shame that what could have been a great experience was reduced to frustration and anger at the end. I definitely don’t feel like a valued customer by Zap Holidays!!!
Over all a great holiday definitely recommend
