6.0The Location is just perfect. The villa is spacious and well equipped. How water in shower was available.
− aging villa. Bathroom door handle came off. Hand shower was leaking. Pool light was not working. Villa was dusty, doesn't seemed to have been mopped & broomed recently. stairs were full of dust in the corners : (

10.0Very spacious, airy, and bright. Downstairs bedroom with en-suite was a bonus for us. Swimming pool was great. WiFi excellent.
− No toiletries provided. One floor board was a little loose but we were made aware of it.

8.0The property is good value for its location, private pool and cleanliness. But the property manager makes rules of her own, not disclosed on booking.com. Guest cannot be expected to do the dishes(non working dishwasher) prior to check out at 10AM. The common areas cannot be used during summer as the main switch of the ACs are switched off.

− I felt the pool wasn't very clean,had to sak day staff to clean it as we were there for 5 night after few days water started to turn green .also I didn't mind paying it but I was ask to pay an extra 10 euro per day to ba able to use air conditioning in the leaving area .why not just have a flat rate for the property AC included .as per description on booking.com it is a fully air conditioned property . Dishwasher was not available which we were made aware on checking .but that doesn't solve the problem of washing as we were there for leisure and not spending time in washing up all the time . Last , the floor on the 1st floor was un acceptable and very dangerous at time as it was split and side skirt pealing off .Just not up to standard .Definitely plenty of space inside to chill and dine but we did feel that some outdoor dining furniture would be ideal . We are not complaining but providing feed back .we did have a fab time in the villa . Thank you for a great holiday
