9.0Die großzügige und gut durchdachte Raumaufteilung. Die Lage. Die Küche. Die Badezimmer. Das Aussengelände. Das Babyschutzgitter. Die Einrichtung. Die Gardinen. Die Beleuchtung. Die 3 Türen nach draussen.
− Es war nicht barrierefrei an der Auffahrt draussen, die Steinkanten waren zu hoch für den Rollstuhl und der Boden auf dem Parkweg zum Haus zu weich/sandig. Die Aussenkammern waren ungepflegt. Es gab keine Auflagen für die Stühle auf der Terasse znd Stühle waren auch etwas alt. Der Wischeimer im Haus war für uns nicht zu gebrauchen. 1 Bettdecke hatte einen grossen Fleck. Der rote Schlafzimmerschrank und die Bettunterkästen waren etwas alt. Internet war zwischendurch nicht vorhanden. Eine Sessellehne war abgeklappert, vl von nem Hund.

9.0Das Meer war relativ schnell zu erreichen für Erwachsene. Mit kleinen Kindern war das Fahrrad hilfreich. Die Größe des Hauses war super.
− Es wäre gut gewesen,wenn das Grundstück komplett umzäunt gewesen wäre.
