7.0The location is picture perfect! Out of a postcard! The villa is beautiful with the all the amenities listed, 1 Infiniti pool and two hot tubs, one outside and one inside, the living room is spacious and comfortable, and the lighting overall is very calming. Transportation was arranged and it was very comfortable and friendly local driver who even helped us with the luggage. The views from the villa were absolutely breathtaking!
− The villa itself a bit on the old side (one faucet was broken, two lights didn't work, bathroom mirror handle is rusty), and the hot tub makes the whole villa extremely humid, especially at night, and we weren't able to turn it off on our own, someone had to come and turn it off, and even with that it was still humid. The shades on the pool were missing. We stayed for 3 nights and the housekeeping was offered only once when we asked about some cleaning supplies, and breakfast was quite limited and not based on our choice, but it was OK. One very important note is that luggage needs to be hauled down two flights of steep stairs, so be mindful of that. The host communication was friendly but a hit inconsistent, which caused us to cancel our special birthday celebration because it was chaotic. But other that that, the host, irini, was friendly.

8.0Would have to be in the top 10 for views and facilities in the whole of Santorini. Unbeatable view. Large cold pool and sun lounge area at the top. Another pool and outdoor area below. The room/cave was also huge with a spa right at the back.
− Communication was poor. Half a day or more to reply to requests or messages. 2 coffee pods for a 4 night stay and a ‘do not disturb’ request ignored. Not the cleanest with quite a bit of foreign hair around the place and fresh lipstick on of the robes (not washed?). The place needs new, more luxury towels. Expected a little more of a premium experience for the cost, not just views.
