Location, private pool

− Property was tired and in need of upgrade , fans didn’t work, oven didn’t work, pool shower broken

La maison est lumineuse, spacieuse. Le jardin est magnifique. Les appareils à disposition ainsi que le mobilier sont de qualité. Le linge de maison à disposition ainsi que la vaisselle sont en nombre. La situation géographique est centrale ce qui permet de visiter de nombreux lieux (plages notamment).

− Il y a une fourmilière dans le jardin qu'il convient de traiter régulièrement. Un véhicule est indispensable pour les déplacements.

For us it was the perfect location as we were working in the nearby village so it was walking distance. The house was beautiful & very stylish, especially the outside area which was much larger than anticipated & went beyond our expectation. There were so many areas to sit which was lovely. All in all very enjoyable.

− Not really a dislike but a lovely bundle of food/drink items was left for us on arrival, but was missing coffee pods for the machine (really not the end of the world just a comment). Also there is 1 x bedroom with ensuite but the rest of the rooms then have to share one bathroom between them with one bath/shower, felt a little disproportionate. Also felt like the kids bunk beds could just be an adult twin room or adult size bunk beds. The bedroom opposite the ensuite bedroom could do with more places to put things - like more side tables or chest of drawers that isn't the wardrobe

Beautiful house in great location

Beautiful, spacious house with small wear and tear and in great location. Outside grill area was great bonus. The pool has a childproof fence if needed. Beautiful and fragrant garden where you can enjoy morning coffee while listening to bird songs. There are two great restaurants within 5 minute walk from the house. Mercat Tramuntana is a marvellous breakfast place, but Es Pont employee was super friendly with our two small children, they loved it. The location could not be better. It only takes 30-45 minutes to get to Sóller, Deià, Fornalutx, Valldemossa or Palma by car. Botanicactus is not that far either, a bit longer drive, but it’s worth it.

− Quite many steps in the living room area - something to take into consideration if travelling with a one year old. No problem for a bigger kid.
