− El wifi en nuestra villa no funcionaba bien y el calentador de agua no era muy grande por lo que pudimos comprobar ya que no había agua caliente sufiente para llenar la bañera

7.0Big villa, nice outdoor area with couch, great location and great staff. Beds were comfy and pillows given were firm and cushiony. Turndown service with free afternoon tea was good. The mediteranian food from the restaurant was delicious.
− We returned to villa one afternoon to find our villa door wide open, housekeeping keys in the door and no staff around. Serious security risk to our belongings as anyone could have entered and taken the keys. Wifi is not 100% reliable but expected for lombok. Pool is a little unmaintained with tiles degrading. If jumping into the pool the overflow runs into the room under the sliding door. Several puddles inside. Tiles around pool make it slippery and this was very hazardous. Room air-conditioning doesn't get the room cold. Still slept in hot conditions. Most cool air escaped from roof, which had no insulation. Toilet doesn't flush properly, requires you to manually flush using hose. Toilet also smells a bit, even when keeping the toilet shut when not being used. The toilet also has a glass door which is a little weird. Some mornings, ordering 1 latte to villa took 30-45 mins. Outside garden lights in villa are set to be on all night. Light shines in through every window and you needed to request they be turned off to staff every night (suggest there be a light switch so guests can choose to have or not).
