Excellent pool and porch area. Lovely rooftop terrace to sit out at night to relax. Plenty of space, all facilities could need in the villa, including laundry room and multiple bathrooms with walk in showers. Great location

− Great aircon in bedrooms at night but other areas of house were very warm. We hired a fan from a company in town for the week at low cost.

Absolutely fabulous location, close walking distance to everything and safe parking in secluded end of road turning point. The host Antonia is so kind, she arrives the next day to collect the local tourist tax (card payment), there wasn’t any mention of this on the booking site. Antonia left food and water and soft drinks, beer & wine in the fridge for us. We arrived very late. There wasn’t a cork screw so we bought this the next day. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, there are two electric coffee machines plus more manual ones. There is too much cutlery of different makes, too many utensils and knives, mugs, left over condiments. I ran everything through the dishwasher (which is extremely efficient) as a number of utensils had stains or food attached. Looks like brand new bathrooms with walk in showers, hot and no water pressure issues at all. 2 hair dryers but one was broken which Antonia kindly took to replace - we only needed 1. Lots of children’s pool play items in the utility room. Everyday recycling which we got into the swing of, you just put it outside the gate and it’s gone by nighttime. You don’t need a car for this location, everything is in walking distance.

− The mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable. It took a while to realise just how bad. By day 5, my lower back was frozen. It eased up later that day. I haven’t suffered with back pain before this trip. The house is damp, not dangerous but if it’s cold, the sheets and your clothing gets damp. The towels and tea towels are faded white/ grey and very thin - they need replacing with fresh new white ones and use a laundry service. Thete are beach towels too. There are just 2 sunbed mattresses and 6 sunbeds which is great but 3 are rattan and very uncomfortable, all 6 are paint peeling and a replacement would freshen up the place. BBQ charcoal wrappers & rubbish left by previous tenants and old coals soaked in rain water. The BBQ was dirty from the last guests, Antonia offered to clean it but it was now day 4 and we were leaving soon so we thanked her and recused. The sink in bathroom upstairs doesn’t have hot water. There are a few items of spare furniture inside & out which just make it look messy;, ikea chair & footstool in lounge / diner, several additional dining chairs throughout the house, outside 3 bar stools but no bar, one circular small/tall coffee table by the outside sofa. The outside dining table could benefit from a good clean as wasps always circulating in same place. There wasn’t any disinfectant to use or I would have cleaned it. I have been detailed because this because the price is competitive.

Great location near beach, bars, shops and restaurants. Easy communication with owner who came to show us in. Very quiet road with easy parking. House very well equipped, comfortable beds and plenty of cooling utensils, crockery, glasses etc. Lovely pool area with sunbeds, shades etc.
