7.0− The property is relatively clean and tidy, though some parts of the area are dusty, yet it was still acceptable. The most annoying thing is the ants that nest in the corners of damp doors and wooden frames.
Nice place to relax not faraway from Bogor & Jakarta.

9.0location is pretty good, quiet area, villa located near the end of the road, private parking spot inside 3 bedrooms available; can park 1 car in front of the property, other car must park and walk A nice gazebo on top of garage you can do BBQ at the garden at the back
− 3rd room located outside + upstairs with narrow stairs, felt like separated from the others; during rainy season, you will get wet as the stairs area is open to raindrops
