Good location, house a little dated but worked well for a week.
7.0The location was good, easy walk to the marina and into Playa Blanca, literally behind the marina rubicon complex. The house was nice, if a little dated. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms for a family. Nice to receive a large bottle of water upon arrival and a few snacks. Having a washing machine was handy.
− The dust from the near by construction site covered everything around the pool and in the pool. There was also construction noise during the week, but can’t be helped. There was no air conditioning in the house and it was extremely stuffy upon arrival. Most nights had to sleep with the windows and blinds open to try and get some air in. Fans were supplied, but didn’t really help much.

8.0Inside villa was a good size Pool area was new and looked great Had a small issue with the pool which was resolved same day
− No notification of building site right next to villa which was noisy from 7:30am to 4pm Stayed for 8 nights with no cleaning service,
Lovely spacious villa in a fantastic location. Perfect size and location for a family.
9.0Great size Villa for a family. Fantastic location a 5 minute walk to the Marina and a 15 walk to the beach. Great to have 3 bathrooms and a pool, kitchen is a separate room which I like. Bedrooms a great size and beds were comfortable. Host communication was good.
− Air con would definitely be a bonus or additional fans, the rooms are warm at night. Pool and pool area gets dirty very quickly but that is dust and dirt from building work nearby so nothing Villa host can do about that. Building work can be annoying, but again not villas fault and wont always be a problem. Avoid booking a taxi transfer with booking.com they never turned up and ruined our last morning leaving us frantically looing for alternative taxi and late for the airport.
