Erwartungen Unterboden und Enttäuscht
4.0Die Wohnung ist groß und gut im kleinen Ort Cortegaca gelegen. Der Besitzer Victor war jederzeit mit Tipps und Hilfe (neue Kaffemaschine, neue Schneidbretter) zur Stelle. Victor besorgte uns auch ein Taxi für die Abreise zum Flughafen zu einem guten Preis. Der Check in war einfach und schnell, ebenso der Checkout. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung und es gab einen Grill. Die Waschmaschine war gut und sauber.
− - Das Haus war von Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel durchzogen. Extremer Schimmel in den Bädern aber auch Schimmel in Schlafzimmern und sogar die Tischsets und alte Schneidbretter hatten Schimmel auf sich. - Es konnte kein Raum geheizt werden und das Duschwasser war maximal Lau-Warm. Insgesamt waren es in allen Räumen meistens nur 15° C. - Die einzelnen Zimmertüren und auch die Badtüren waren nicht abschließbar. Wir halfen uns durch provisorische Türschilder. Manche Türen blieben nicht Mal im Schloss. Wir mussten diese mit Gegenständen zu halten. - Es waren nicht genug Handtücher für alle Gäste (neun) vorhanden. - Die Wohnung bietet keinen beworbenen Meerblick und der Garten liegt den Großteil des Tages im Schatten. - an der Gastherme (direkt an der Terrasse) tratt sehr viel Gas aus! Gefährlich und es stinkt natürlich dazu noch! - Spiegel in einem Bad war bereits kaputt.

9.0Great size for 3 couples and wonderful location by the ocean. Comfortable, perfect for making meals in the large kitchen dining area. Good parking right outside the property. Quiet town everything available
