− On arrival 5 sunbeds were not fit for use in Villa 3, torn fabric (reported) Two Sun bed puffers were torn with foam coming out,so unusable.(reported) If at all possible could do with additional fridge/freezer as we struggled to fit food into the existing appliance for 8 adults and 1 child
Beautiful Villa
10.0There was someone to hand the keys to us. The property was amazing, with beautiful views of the greenery. The villa was very beautiful, had ACs everywhere. The pool was warm and perfect, even if the kids wanted to swim in the evening. Lots of parking places. Lots of space for the kids to play.
− The villa needs to stock up on water beforehand, as the closest shops are a 15-18-minute walk away. You do need a car if you're staying here
A wonderful remote villa
9.0• We had a very friendly and accommodating host that was easily available via Whatsapp at all times. • Upon arrival everything was clean, and towels and bedding was provided. Halfway through our stay we had a cleaning team exchange all the towel and bedding and tidy up a bit, which was a nice reset. • The pool was sufficiently sized and was actually heated which allowed us to enjoy it although we were there in May. • Except for the two other Moonlight villas (which are however right next to each other) the accommodation is situated in a remote area, which allowed us to freely play music outside – even at night (at a reasonable volume) without disturbing any neighbours. • The villa is situated on a hill which makes for a wonderful view overlooking the green landscape and the sea peeking through. It’s around 20 min by foot to the town which can become a challenge when shopping groceries, but that problem can easily be avoided by renting a moped. For longer distances there is a bus station in town that will take you to the major surrounding cities like Chania or Retymno.
− • The kitchen was supplied with lots of tools, but pots and pans were supplied rather scarcely. • As we maxed out the villas capacity many of us slept on foldable beds that were a little hard.

− In kelder waar ook slaapkamers waren rook het onaangenaam. Dit ging niet weg.
