The villa is perfect for 10 people, regardless the combination (we were 2 families of 5). There is always an outdoor seating that is hidden from the sun, and always a sunny one all day long. The pool was great, fitting almost all of us simultaneously. In fact, because of the pool, we never made it to the beach. There are a few small beaches within walking distance. Several supermarkets and restaurants within 10-15 minutes by car. The hosts were great and you should follow their recommendations about the restaurants - we did and weren't disappointed. This is the first villa with cleaning services (including the pool) during the stay. I highly recommend the villa and the hosts.

Great place and amazing surroundings

Great villa, you will definitely need a car, because it is far from everything, nearest thing is a port in Kosta (1,5 km) where from you can get to Spetses island, which is beautiful . Villa was very clean, everything you might need in the kitchen if you want to cook yourself. Owner’s brother met us in the middle of the night and showed us everything. Next day he even came again, to show us nearest beaches by the sea. They even offered to buy us some groceries for the first morning, since we arrived in the middle of the night. The view from the balcony of master bedroom was amazing. We really enjoyed our time there.

− Some refurbishment needed, like door handles. In some rooms we were not able to close the door completely. Also you need a car if you want to leave villa for dinner or see anything in the area, because it is about 10 km from Porto Heli, and around are only private villas. But since we came from Athens we had car anyway, so that was not a problem for us.

Very polite and helpful host! Replies promptly! You can reach a small and 'almost-private' beach by foot, in just few minutes. The villa is well equipped. Super Market, taverns are close by, need only few minutes (by car). Excellent choice for a group of friends.

Dream Summer Villa truly lived up to its name! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its beauty and tranquility. The villa itself is stunning, very clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The location in Porto Heli is fantastic, offering both peace and easy access to the charming town, the island of Spetses and beautiful beaches. The swimming pool is very enjoyable! What truly made our stay exceptional was the warm hospitality – we felt so welcomed and well taken care of. It was a perfect experience, and we can't wait to visit again!

Beautiful villa, very comfortable and spacious, clean, nice beds (and very nice mattresses), amazing location. We loved the swimming pool and the calm ambience! Friendly hosts, had prepared a nice welcome basket. Ideal for short trips (Spetses is just a few minutes across the sea by sea taxi) and for nice small beaches nearby. Strongly recommended!

The villa is super spacious, can easily sleep 10-12 people and has enough areas for personal and group time. The pool is a big plus for hot days that even going to the beach with 39 degrees seems a struggle. BBQ also there. Samsung A/Cs in all rooms, and big beds with en suite bathrooms make co living easy. The location is strategic with many small beaches around and bigger organized ones too, many nice restaurants and the crossing point to Spetses is 3mins drive. The owners are very polite, responsive, and helpful. Will certainly visit again!

− If the mattresses in the double beds on the upper floor were a bit softer, it would be all perfect, but this point is rather personal preference anyway.
