6.01. Great cozy little studio - well designed and well maintained.
− 1. As the toilet is open at the top and quite close to the bed in the studio layout, it can sometimes affect privacy and comfort. 2. The biggest turn off is the location: a. Neighborhood is a bit rough b. Not a lot of food options in the area Which is shame because the apartment itself was very cute and cozy and the yard of the property is well maintained.
