The agency was not helpful at all.
1.0− We were there on a work trip and we asked for the invoice. Booking tried to help but the agency claimed the owner couldn't give it to us. In Spain, rentals to private individuals as a primary residence do not require an invoice (receipts are enough), but short-term rentals (holiday rentals) must be invoiced and declared, as they are considered an economic activity. Our rental was for 4 nights and they still insisted they couldn't give it to us.

8.0Le calme, l'emplacement à 15 min en voiture de très belles criques, balade, 1h de Palma. La location est confortable et spacieuse, la climatisation dans le salon permet de rafraîchir les chambres adjacentes. Angelina est très accueillante
− Il pourrait y avoir un peu plus d'équipements dans la cuisine (plus de couverts, une cafetière plus moderne) Maison au cœur de la nature, propice au passage quotidien de petits rongeurs.
