− TV in our unit did not work satisfactorily and couldn't be fixed by staff. Was not offered alternative TV.

Lovely view and facilities, was wonderful sitting on the deck under the umbrella. Really lovely place to stay.

− Mattress was far too soft, had some back pain as a result.

Wouldn’t stay again, especially for the price.

The location

− Very unclean, especially considering the $140 cleaning fee. Sheets were stained, there were cockroaches, and spiders webs everywhere.

The facility's were cool to have. The young lady on the bar was really lovely. The eggs Benedict breakfast was nicely presented and delicious. The bed was comfortable.

− The morning after we arrived, I woke to have a coffee and enjoy it on the deck. Was really impressed with the amount of coffee sugar and tea available but went to the fridge thinking there would be enough for my first coffee till I could get to the shop which is a bus ride away. But there was no milk. So we went to grab a coffee from the coffee shop area at the resort but there was noone at the counter or in the building besides a cleaner. We went to check the pool out for a swim but there was duck poo all sunk to the bottom of the pool as well as rubbish sitting at the bottom of it (that night, we saw ducks swimming in the pool). We were told the kitchen would be open for dinner and they were getting a new menu and chef that night. So we went about our day thinking we would have dinner at the resort so didn't have dinner before returning. We approached the chef and he was super rude and just said no the kitchen is closed then I told him his menu was really nice and what a good job he done with that. He just looked me up and down and said nothing so I said thank you and left. He was looking at us like we were dumb🤷‍♀️. We had to wait till the morning to catch the bus to the shops to eat, so had to skip dinner that night.The lady on reception didn't listen to or maybe understand anything we were saying when trying to make conversation about the mini golf or anything. The Taxi service recommended as the cheapest in the Island ended up being $50 for a 6 minute drive so not a good recommendation. The spa pool water was slightly brown and no pump was flowing so I'm guessing it wasn't on to clean it continuously. The view was okay but was a bit uncomfortable coming out on to the deck as the neighbour's are right there and it's a bit awkward so the privacy levels are very slim. The beautiful wooden sliding door wasn't sliding and was off the rails, tried to fix it or make it easier to slide but couldn't. Was a hassle to try use.
