10.0We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the villa ❤️ It was clear from the very beginning that great care is taken to make guests feel comfortable. The villa has everything needed for a pleasant stay, and even the smallest details have been thoughtfully considered: a washing machine, dishwasher, laundry capsules, beach towels, and much more. These little touches truly make the holiday easy and stress-free. A special thank you to the owner for the hospitality, attentiveness, and constant willingness to help. He was always available, gave us helpful recommendations, and suggested wonderful places to visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable and memorable.This kind of hospitality is what leaves the warmest memories long after the vacation is over. Excellent value for money. We would happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay 🥰
Overall a good accomodation!
8.0The villa was big enough for 7 people! The garden was very nice and well maintained and the pool was useful for our stay! We used the BQ to grill some meat and enjoyed a meal there! The location was good, very silent and panoramic but e bit away from the sidari village! The air conditioning worked perfectly well! The kitchen was big enough and very equipped with all the necessary cooking tools!
− First of all the mosquitoes! A lot of them even inside the house! Our children looked like they were on a fight the last day of stay! Villa was not clean enough when we arrived so the manager should change the cleaning lady or the company that makes the cleaning! At the 2 floor there were white geckos( small lizards) moving on the walls! They are not dangerous but very scary for the children! And the internet speed was very poor! We experienced 3 mbps all our stay! George i guess made all the possible but nothing was done!

10.0Die Villa Livadi ist zauberhaft! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Pool und der Garten sind ein absolutes Highlight. Und wenn es mal regnet kann man es sich auch zu 6 im Wohnzimmer auf der Couchlandschaft gemütlich machen. Alles ist sauber. Und George unser Host war sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns viele gute Tipps für den Urlaub gegeben.
Nice outside - garden and pool area but dated property.
6.0Great outdoor space and very helpful contact
− Old and tired needs significant maintenance. We had issues with washing machine and cooker and WiFi was non existent. This was blamed on a recent storm.
Lovely villa but as I say needs good clean and we had to ask for a few things like oven glove and more tea clothes

We had a lovely relaxing week, the villa was situated between lots of beauty spots and beaches.
8.0Host was very friendly and easy to get in touch with when needed. He also sent us information on places to visit in the area. Garden was fantastic, pool was good size and lots of furniture for us to use.
− Cooker was a little temperamental. But host helped us work this out.
