Het verblijf was erg slecht, huis niet geschikt voor mensen slecht ter been of jonge kinderen

− De villa voldeed op meerdere punten niet aan de beschrijving: geen 4 volwaardige slaapkamers, slechts 2 badkamers en een gebrekkig zwembad. Ook waren er defecte voorzieningen en onvoldoende ligstoelen. Tot slot waren er onacceptabele camera’s binnen in de woning en reageerde de host niet op klachten. De accommodatie week ernstig af van de foto's en beschrijving. Gevaarlijke wenteltrap midden in woonkamer, huis niet geschikt voor mensen slecht ter been of jonge kinderen door gevaarlijke trappen. Op bijgaande foto zie je bv dat de ligstoelen bij het zwembad dunne kunststof ligbedden zijn ipv de accommodatiefotos op booking.com met houten ligstoelen en kussens.

10.0The host was very friendly and helpful! The house had everything you need which made the stay even better. There’s a bus stop so you can easily go to Palma or the airport, but taxis are also available and not that expensive. I highly recommend staying at the house, it’s absolutely perfect!

Lovely villa in good location, would recommend
10.0Lovely villa, spacious and elegantly furnished. There were seven of us and there was plenty of room (and there were multiple areas inside and outdoors) to sit round a table for meals. Pool area was very clean and everything we needed in terms of kitchen facilities had been provided. Our property manager, Stefan, was very efficient and helpful.
− It’s expensive, but Portales is an expensive area because it is very nice, and we thought the villa was very fair value for a group of our size. There is some road noise coming on the valley but the villa is set in nice grounds with plenty of privacy from surrounding trees, and a little ambient noise is the trade off for proximity to the town centre (6 min walk).
