10.0What We prefered was location of the house ! 10 minutes from Pisa, 15 minutes from Beach and Verragio, 20 minutes from Forte de Marmi. One hour from Firenze. House was Perfect ! Clean with all Equipment. Mario (the owner) is a five star person. You can park 2 cars in the house
