The facility and the intructions were easy and clear, the owner was easy to contact, the pool was decent, place is well equiped for family stay, the location is good not too close to tje beach and not too far. The TV and all other supplies were very good. The rooms are big and confortable, water is hot with decent flow. Over all very good

− The pool kept having flies and buges in it which required multiple manual cleaning, my family in the first floor room complained that the pillow had smell in them, i wish the terrice on the roof had any chairs in them, the living room seats were not comfortable.

Other than that, everything was good. Owner/house representatives were active when we wanted something.

Their house and their design of in interior was good. Rooms were nicely organized especially bed location with plugs.

− They do not provide cleaning services , it’s additional 700 Baht per day if you were to opt on. I believe it shall be included in daily basis. Their water pump was kept on cutting off Especially on day 3-4 , very frequent till we have to keep calling property representative. Therefore there were no water until it had been rectified. There were small pieces of glasses in the swimming pool, two of our guest had cuts in the foot. We raised our notice for them to clean but they only managed to clean the swimming pool with nets, this should be cleaned using vacuum pumps. And location of this place , it’s either you have your own transport , it’s very hard to get tuk tuk in this area , you have to walk easily 600-700 meters away.

Very nice place with an open and airy environment. We liked it very much!

The property was very clean and neat. Very roomy and pool was nice.

− Only issue was the construction going on next door. The property itself was fine. One small issue was I wish it was a bit closer to the beach. However, the closer you are to the beach would probably make it more expensive too.

La villa est située dans un quartier plutôt calme et les photos donnent une bonne première impression. L’espace intérieur est correct pour un séjour en groupe.

− Nous avons loué 3 villas en nous basant sur les avis en ligne, mais la réalité a été décevante. Il n’y avait pas assez de serviettes et lorsque nous en avons demandé davantage à la dame de ménage, cela nous a été refusé. Nous avons également eu une fuite d’eau dans l’une des salles de bain. Les piscines et les extérieurs n’étaient pas très propres. Il n’y avait pas d’armoire pour ranger nos affaires, ce qui est très contraignant pour une villa. Il faut compter environ 20 bonnes minutes à pied pour rejoindre le centre ou le bord de mer. Enfin, il n’y avait pas de machine à laver disponible pour les clients, seulement une machine réservée au personnel de ménage. Dans l’ensemble nous sommes assez déçus des équipements de la villa.
