far from perfect
5.0big swimmingpool, super location not far from the center. An abundant amount of towels. The refund of the 10000thb deposit was immediate.
− Lack of maintenance and cleaning were very apparent. Every shower had mold in the corners, the jacuzzi was so dirty we did not want to use it. One one sunbed was usable the other one was broken. Het outdoor sofa had torn seats with cigarette holes in it. These were thin pillows over a metal frame. It hurts when you are sitting on it. There is no privacy around the pool. The neighbors are looking into the pool area. They wanted me to sign a contract that we had to pay extra if we used more electricity. Since that was not communicated before, and when we arrived all the aircons were running, all lights were on! That is why I refused and then they agreed. Non of the staff speak english.There is a joiner fee of 2000thb for not registered visitors. With proper management, a lot of maintenance, and a big cleanup it could be the villa like you see in the pictures. But now it is not.
