10.0The location of the villa is a little off maybe, but not too far. The staff is hands on and very very responsive. The villa is extremely well furnished and very clean. Daily cleaning was done on a regular basis. And the space and amenities are as mentioned.

7.0民宿是大的，設備也算齊全，還有很大的游泳池可以使用，要求民宿換毛巾、水、生火等，管家都有即時回覆
− 一樓房間兩間都有很重的霉味，其中一間有連同廁所的房間，不知道是有連接對外窗還是怎樣，地板上一堆死掉的蚊子，床單也沒有清洗乾淨。二樓房間有一間洗澡會淹水，然後二樓洗澡熱水都不夠。戶外的桑拿房設備都是壞的無法使用，之前住過隔壁的grand glala villa，那間可能是新的所以一切都很美好，想說這間villa就在隔壁應該差不到哪裡去，結果真的讓人很失望

Every detail, from the furnishings to the facilities, was carefully taken care of, ensuring a luxurious experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the impeccable housekeeping service. The staff arrived on time every day, keeping the villa spotless and ensuring everything was in order. They were also incredibly helpful with any small issues we encountered—whether it was assisting us with a blocked safe or helping us retrieve an item we had accidentally left behind after checkout. A special mention to Minnie, who went above and beyond to ensure we got our forgotten cheese back from the freezer—such attentiveness truly made a difference in our experience! Overall, the combination of excellent service, well-maintained amenities, and the comfort of the villa made our stay truly enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place in Pattaya that offers both relaxation and outstanding hospitality, Gala Pavillon is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!
