Villa was beautifully presented and well equipped with everything we needed. Pool was great for a family of 4 and the villa was really spacious. Pool was cleaned regularly. Nice views from the sun terrace. Excellent communication with owner and letting agency and any questions were answered really quickly.

− Location is a little farther out from the busier areas of town if you like busy - but the quieter old town suited us. And we still managed to get around using the little train and it’s only a short walk to a beautiful beach and lovely bars and restaurants.

The villa was clean and tidy. You can find everything that you need for every day use.

− The villa has four cctv cameras, two outside and two inside. The staff doesn't ask me for permission for the filming my family before coming to the villa. We feel uncomfortable because we don't know where these videos go. When I asked staff where these videos went, they couldn't answer properly . I definitely don't want to come back again with my family because we need privacy, and we feel unsafe at this villa

The property was excellent. Clean and had everything you needed for the short stay. The big supermarket is in walking distance and each morning was great to get fresh bread etc. The pool is excellent and more than enough chairs, sun beds etc. Its very private too.

− The hot water was very intermittent. You would have hot water in the taps for both kitchen and en-suite but the showers would be cold. This was all throughout our stay. The patio door to the pool would not lock either. Improvements would be a safety deposit box and bbq on the top terrace would add an extra option.

The Villa was amazing. Very good communication from owner and key holder very friendly. Loved the pool and how close we were to supermarkets and the beach 🏖

Beautiful modern villa with everything you could possibly need

We arrived for 12 nights on the 2nd of August 2022 and was met by a lovely lady called Fabiola from the letting agents who showed us around the villa and explained everything. The villa itself is beautiful and modern and it was perfect for our holiday. We had a huge bed in the main bedroom and the facilities were exceptional. The TV had everything on it which kept my teenage son happy. The air conditioning was amazing too and much needed as it was very very hot whilst we were there. The pool was stunning and there were even Lilo's to use. It was cleaned by an external company a couple of times when we were there too. You could walk down to the beach in about 10-12 minutes which was a nice walk. There were some restaurants there too but you need a car to drive further up to the main part where there are many restaurants - this is about a 3 -4 mile drive.

− A lot of the neighbours had dogs and they bark a lot but there was one neighbour who left 2 dogs out all day and all night and they barked all the time, even at 3am in the morning!! It was so bad some days so I would suggest you take ear plugs or else it may drive you insane! It was awful but it is not the homeowners fault :) His villa is gorgeous and we would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable in all respects and a fresh and very modern feel in all rooms and outdoor spaces.

Villa in immaculate condition -simply spotless. A generous pool similarly well maintained before and during the stay.

− Facility to BBQ would add to the experience with such outstanding outside space. A few neighbours with dogs. We are dog lovers but they wake up early to call to each other.
