8.0The location is wonderful We liked everything except the parking area since it was raining heavily and the road and parking area was very muddy so we got stuck. will definitely recommend our friends and family for a short stay.

9.0Beautiful view from the property. Even during the peak summer. Its nice and calm, relaxing. The cook Chotelal’s food was tasty and delicious. Property is well maintained.
− The approach road is not a tar road, its a village road. Even with a SUV size vehicle, it was a task to reach the property. Though its being constructed. I dont think, a low ground clearance car is suggested. Travel in a suv. Place being remote, has too many flies. Would suggest a fly machine. As they are all over the food.

Good Location, clean and neat accommodation, but service quality needs to be improved.
6.0The location and scenic beauty. The villa is done neatly and the architecture is Kerala Style. The weather was excellent with slight chill in the morning and evenings in December.
− Even though the meal are priced at Rs 1600 per person per day. The food quality was miserable. The host should think of preparing simple but delicious dishes. The cook seemed to be overworked and not interested in serving food. Food must be good especially when there are no other food eating joints within 35 km range. The access road for last 2km is for SUV vehicles and has not been maintained or asphalted. There is construction work going on across the lake and in the adjacent property so you may encounter some sound and explosive blasts.
