10.0Много уютна и гостоприемна къща, в която има вкус и своя си уникалност. Хубава и спокойна локация, дружелюбен хост. Пак бихме повторили.
− Единственият лек минус е липсата на повече кухненски тави и по-големи посуди, като за хора, които ползват кухнята за готвене. Остър нож също би било удобство.

7.0Добра локация като отправна точка за преходи. Комуникацията с домакина беше много добра.
− Къща “Калина” има наистина голям потенциал с хубава локация и пространство, но за съжаление преживяването ни беше разочароващо по няколко причини. На първо място, в стаите няма климатици, а наличните два мобилни уреда не охлаждат ефективно, а единствено въртят топлия въздух. В горещо време спането в къщата е практически невъзможно, особено след дълъг преход, когато човек има нужда от качествена почивка. При пристигането ни къщата не беше добре почистена – имаше паяжини и паяци навсякъде и едри боклуци на първият етаж, което остави неприятно впечатление. Джакузито не работеше, а съдейки по други коментари, това изглежда е честа практика, освен това се оказа че се заплаща отделно. С подходящо подобрение в поддръжката и оборудването, мястото би могло да бъде много приятно за почивка, но в момента не отговаря на очакванията, особено при посоченото ниво на наем.
