We had a wonderful stay at Villa White Blue Beachfront Luxury in Poste Lafayette. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in front of the ocean with breathtaking sunrise views every morning. Since there is no reef, you can hear the relaxing sound of the waves all day and night, which made the atmosphere even more special. The beach felt almost private because there were rarely any people around. The water is not too deep, making it comfortable and safe for swimming, even with children. It’s also a great spot for fishing from the rocky stones nearby. The villa itself was lovely, with two very nice and clean swimming pools that we really enjoyed. Everything was well-maintained, and the cleaner came regularly — such a lovely  girl. A special thank you to the manager, Kathy, who was extremely helpful with recommendations about shopping and places to visit around the island. We definitely recommend having a car to explore the area and enjoy Mauritius fully. Overall, we were very happy with the villa and would highly recommend it for a relaxing beachfront holiday

− The air conditioning was broken on arrival, and although the host was excellent and attempted to get it fixed, one unit in the main room remained broken throughout our stay

Everything was great, especially the location right at the seaside with a nice beach. This is for all people, who would like to feel the water, sand and sun of Mauritius. From the first contact during the reservation to the farewell greeting, everything was wonderful. We were very happy that the apartment was really like the pictures on booking. Kathy, the manager, and Roma, our housekeeper, took care of everything from transportation and excursions, to cleanliness and delicious meals. Thank you both, we can definitely recommend a stay at this property to anyone.

− The next market is not really close, if you are going to cook for yourself you you need a car or any other transport, since the villas are not located near a bigger village or city.

A great family stay in Poste Lafayette - we will definitely stay again.

The peaceful location. The view. The comfortable beds and the fantastic shower! Roma the housekeeper is so lovely and very accommodating.

− Dishwasher definitely needs an upgrade as it doesn’t clean very well.

The place is just in a perfect location. We went there in February when it’s very hot in Mauritius. at this part of the island you get more winds and it was so good to have some fresh air coming in. The property is very clean. kitchen fully equipped with whatever is needed for self catering place. housekeeper Roma is great and was doing perfect job to keep everything clean every day. We had a lovely time from the begging (when manager Kathy met us and was very accommodating) until the day we have left. and we are already planning the trip for next year and this is the place we want to go back to.
