Vorsicht vor dieser „Villa“
1.0− Leider können wir diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Die Unterkunft war schmutzig und es roch extrem unangenehm. Besonders die Matratzen und die Vorhänge haben so stark gestunken, dass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Auch der Pool war in einem sehr schlechten und verschmutzten Zustand. Zudem besteht dort eine erhebliche Absturzgefahr, weshalb wir ihn aus Sicherheitsgründen überhaupt nicht nutzen konnten. Ein besonders gravierender Vorfall ereignete sich im Badezimmer: Die Toilettenbrille war nicht ordnungsgemäß befestigt und fiel beim Benutzen komplett ab. Mein Vater stürzte dabei und verletzte sich glücklicherweise nur leicht. So etwas darf in einer Ferienunterkunft nicht passieren. Hinzu kommt, dass sich einige Fenster nicht abschließen lassen, was ein erhebliches Sicherheitsproblem darstellt. Die Angaben auf Booking.com entsprechen in vielen Punkten nicht der Realität. Zahlreiche aufgeführte Ausstattungsmerkmale sind gar nicht vorhanden. Auch die Fotos vermitteln einen völlig anderen Eindruck als der tatsächliche Zustand der Unterkunft. Besonders irreführend ist die angegebene Größe von 355 m². Diese Fläche bezieht sich offenbar auf das gesamte Grundstück und nicht auf die tatsächlich nutzbare Unterkunft. Ein erheblicher Teil des Geländes ist zudem gar nicht begehbar. Die Angabe erweckt daher einen falschen Eindruck von der Größe und Nutzbarkeit der Unterkunft. Insgesamt stehen Preis und Leistung in keinem Verhältnis. Es gibt keine Rezeption, keinen Wellnessbereich, keinen Backofen. Aus unserer Sicht ist die Beschreibung der Unterkunft irreführend und sollte dringend überprüft werden. Wir haben die Unterkunft nach einer Nacht wieder verlassen und warten bis heute auf eine Teilerstattung.

10.0The host were very friendly and did everything they could to help us settle in and navigate our way around the area such kind people and the villa is just perfect went as a family of mixed ages and we all had the best stay, comfy beds and everything you need is there, all thats needed to do when you arrive is a food shop and lidle was very near short car or taxi ride probably better if you can rent a car but the host was happy to sort our airport transfer and taxis were sent to us upon request as we did not drive
