10.0Location an house are very nice and quiet. The trip to Dunavat via the Dobrogea landscape, in spring, also nice. Although the place is close to one of the village roads, the actual house is closer to the water and we did not hear road noise. Also, the boats traffic was very low, as the water channel serves only part of the Dunavat villages. The large terrace over the water and the barbeque place were very nice, practical and well furnished. The small kitchen inside the house had all the appliances we needed... including a large freezer for those looking to preserve the fish caught. There are several good restaurants in the village and you can rent motor boats (with or without driver) or kayaks. The host, Sergiu, was very helpful with everything involving our stay, making the experience even better. Thank you and looking fw to return!

Fantastic Location
10.0The location was very clean, the furniture was new and the interior seemed like was refurbished recently. It has a covered terrace with a barbecue (perfect to run away from the mosquitos) and another open terrace and it goes directly to a small part of the Danube River. The boat for travel was parked exactly near us and there was the possibility to eat at the location fish products.

Best place for a quiet stay in the Danube Delta
10.0Everything is quite extraordinary. The location on the canal is very pitoresque, the wildlife around you is very conforting. You would see geese, ducks, cows, horses, fish, frogs, sparrows all around you. The house is very welcoming and comfortable, very nice touch with the kitchen washing machine that makes everything so much easier. They provide the washing tablets, so you don't have to come with them. Fully functional kitchen, barbecue and also cauldron that we used to used to make good stew. Our 5 yrs old kid said she never ever wanted to leave this place. Thanks for Virgil for driving us with the boat through the best places in the Delta, thanks for Virgil's wife for the best food eeeever. Thanks for everything, surely a place we'll be wanting to return.
