10.0La villa è grande e confortevole, ben attrezzata di tutto, sia all'interno che all'esterno. Abbiamo trovato ad accoglierci un frigorifero pieno di tanta frutta, uova, latte, ecc. Anche una bottiglia di vino. La casa ha tante finestre con persiane con le alette regolabili per cui, nonostante il caldo, non abbiamo mai usato i condizionatori, bastava lasciare le finestre aperte con le persiane chiuse e far circolare l'aria. Non c'erano zanzare, la notte silenzio totale, a parte due galletti che ci salutavano la mattina presto. La piscina è privata e piuttosto grande, l'acqua sempre pulita perchè il Signor Perycles, il padrone di casa, veniva a pulirla a giorni alterni. Una bella e lunga spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Il paesino di Latchi a 10' di auto con la spiaggia, il porticciolo e i ristoranti tutti in fila.
− Della casa, nulla da dire. E' un po' spoglio il contesto, pur essendoci altre ville attorno, la strada sterrata e il piazzale più avanti hanno un aspetto un po' desolato come se fosse un quartiere non finito.
