We loved it, just perfect location, pool jakuzzi, nize ville, sea is in 1 min walking.

Sea is in 1 min walking distance. The Pool was perfect, clean, kids were starting the morning in pool immediately, spending there hours.. Jakuzzi is also very good, we kept there till night sometimes. The rooms are tiny and clean, air condition is there in full house. Open-air barbecue is also there on the terrace.

− ONe room is in the basement, which means which means less comfort level. 6 persons in 3 tiny rooms are perfect, the 2 more person in the basement room is a bit lower comfort level.

Gospodarz byl bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy, rozmawia plynnie i zrozumiale w jezyku angielskim bez dziwnych akcentow itp. Kontakt poprzez whatsapp w razie pytan byl wysmienity i odpowiedz docierala w przeciagu paru minut. Jesli chodzi o udogodnienia to wszystko dzialajce bez zarzutu, Jacuzzi, Ping Pong, Billard, Basen regularnie 2x w tygodniu czyszczony, standard pokoi jak najbardziej ok, nie ma sie do czego przyczepic jesli chodzi o stosunek ceny do jakosci. Duzym plusem rowniez jest prywatna plaza z lawkami i lezakami, na ktorej mozna ogladac wieczorem zachody slonca. Tak nam sie spodobalo ze przez 7-dniowy wyjazd bylismy prawie codziennie.

− Dla osob nieprzyzwyczajonych do wysokich temperatur, klimatyzacja moze byc "za slaba" bodajze max 24 stopnie. My mielismy szczescie byc w okresie kiedy nie bylo upalow, natomiast nie wyobrazam sobie aby przy temperaturze 30+ na zewnatrz, nie moc na noc schlodzic pokoju chociaz do 21 stopni aby sie komfortowo wyspac, natomiast to kwestia preferencji i przyzwyczajen.

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Cyprus! Joseph, who manages the property was very helpful and always available if needed, yet completely respectful of our privacy throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find a lovely welcome pack, which was a thoughtful touch. The villa itself is exceptionally well-maintained, spotless, it's fully equipped with everything you could need. All rooms are furnished to a high standard, providing a truly comfortable and luxurious retreat. The amenities are excellent. A real bonus is the games room, complete with both a pool table and a full-size table-tennis table. The location offers direct access to a private beach with supplied sun loungers right on the doorstep. Although our stay was late in the year (November), so we didn't use the outdoor swimming pool, we made great use of the hot tub, which was the perfect way to relax at the end of each day. Highly recommended!"

The villa was perfect. A 2 minute walk away to a private beach with sun loungers at the ready. Pool cleaned twice a week and plenty of lovely restaurants nearby in Polis or Argaka. The house was fully equipped with everything you need.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko plaża (kamienista), basen, kontakt z właścicielem, miejsca postojowe, większość pokoi dobrze urządzonych i wyposażonych.

− Jedna sypialnia w piwnicy obok pomieszczenia z pompami do basenu, brak łazienki, hałas pomp i zapach wody basenowej. Niby w domu wszystko jest, ale goście sami muszą zadbać o papier toaletowy, worki na śmieci, tabletki do zmywarki i pralki.
