− We booked a superior villa last October. It had 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and a large master with a balcony. About a month before we were to arrive the property manager reached out and said they were making a small change to our rental. I should have looked at the video closer, but at that point it was too late to find something else. When we arrived at the property, we had been completely downgraded. 3 small bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and no master or hot tub. The ops manager offered a small discount on the rental rate, but it was a huge disappointment. 5 people using one bathroom is brutal. Just a really bad experience.
Perfect Villa in Monterosso!
10.0Perfect location in Monterosso for a group of 5. Easy to walk to from the train station and close to beaches and restaurants and a small grocery store. The villa gave our group lots of space and came with gorgeous views. Donatella met us at the property and was so friendly explaining everything about the space. The villa had beach umbrellas to bring with you as well as other little perks that made it extra nice!
Fun stay at the Villas
10.0We loved our three day stay at Villa 16. The pictures and reviews were spot on. The walk was approximately 10+ minutes from the train station. I appreciated the YouTube video which clearly showed how to get to the apartment from the train station. You can take the uphill walkway to avoid the stairs when checking in. Donetella met us right on time to check in. The location is in Old town filled with plenty of delicious restaurants. Plus - the Villa is on the path that starts the hike to Vernazza. This was a great place to stay for family of 6. Highly recommend!
