10.0Duży, przestronny i czysty dom. Wolnostojący, ogrodzony. Dwie łazienki, trzy sypialnie. Jest pralka, zmywarka i inne sprzęty zgodne z opisem. Do morza bardzo blisko, rzeczywiście max. 10 min spacerem przez sosnowy las. Do plaży prowadzi promenada, co jest bardzo wygodne dla wózków z dziećmi. Myślę, że istotną zaletą jest fakt, że dom jest na uboczu zatłoczonego Międzywodzia i na naprawdę można tam wypocząć w ciszy. Myślę, że jeszcze tam kiedyś wrócę.

9.0Świetna lokalizacja tj. blisko morza, w spokojnym ogrodzonym obszarze. Bliskie sąsiedztwo z inny domkami niezauważalne Funkcjonalny, duży domek, wygodne łóżka. Nasz skład to 6 osób dorosłych + 2 dzieci.

− -Betten könnten bequemer sein - drei von vier Strandstühle kaputt -Toilettensitze locker -Wasserkocher u. Toaster nicht sauber, müssten mal erneuert oder gereinigt werden - Backofen nicht sauber - Grill bedarf einer Erneuerung -keine Garderobe, zu wenig Möglichkeiten, um Sachen aufzuhängen -Wäschetrockner wacklig
