7.0Der Pool, samt Umrandung, ausreichend Liegen, die Sitzecke auf der Terrasse am Haus mit großem Sonnenschirm, die Lage des Hauses
− Die Gestaltung des äußeren Poolbereichs, dort wo kein Rasen ist. Wie wäre es mit einer Pflasterung. Teilweise altes Mobiliar (durchaus mit Charme), immer wieder Pfeifgeräusche in der Wasserleitung, klebriges Geschirr in der oberen Wohnung, Töpfe in mäßigem Zustand, mehrere Türen schließen nicht, klebriger Boden in der Küche unten. Am Pool fehlte mind. noch 1 Sonnenschirm, ebenso ein 2. Wäscheständer (bei Vollbelegung), weitere Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen der großen Handtücher in den Badezimmern, etwas wenig Steckdosen
